Fila 96 – “Grant Hills”

Almost every NBA fan knows the name Grant Hill.  The well-known guard, who currently plays for the Suns, and is arguably bet known for his performance on the Pistons from 1994 to 2000, has been in the game for about 14 years and, despite a ton of injuries, has remained a top-notch  baller throughout the years.

When he was playing for the Pistons, Grant Hill debuted the Fila 96, unofficially known as the Grant Hills, which was the shoe he wore when he played Michael Jordan’s Bulls.  Fila is preparing to re-release these dope gum shoes in the upcoming months, but has allowed Reed Space to drop them a little earlier.  Above is a preview pic of what the current model will look like.  Since it is mostly a silhouette there is not much we can say about the colorway or materials, but it looks like it will definitely be a dope shoe.  No word yet as far as an official release date, but as always, we will keep you posted.  via todarrinhudson
