Plenty of sneakerheads cite the feeling of being a kid again for the reason behind their collecting. You know, chasing down that one pair that mom wouldn’t let you buy or that you missed out on on release date. You know what else can make you feel like a kid again? Action figures. And if they truck around the world of sneakers that’s two birds with one stone right? Recently we saw the RUN DMC x adidas Originals Superstar 80′s accompanied by vinyl figurines of Run and DMC, and of course there was the jordan 4 1999 oreo sz 8 that served as a consolation prize to those who couldn’t get the real thing. The latest in toys for sneaker enthusiasts is this Spike Lee ‘Mars Blackmon’ action figure, with Spike represented as his character in the classic ad series that helped galvanize the Air Jordan craze. Check out the detailed shots of the figure, including the mini ‘Fire Red’ Air Jordan III’s, and grab one of these from Uncle York.
