Nike has taken some major steps mint a safer release date for big-ticket items by shuffling around some of the longest-running practices of buying kicks. By introducing the Twitter RSVP system, Nike put an end to camp-outs at its 24 retail locations across the nation and theoretically max the midnight-release congestion on its online store.
