Toni Kukoc’s relationship with Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls has been an interesting one over the years. It took a while for the Bulls to get him stateside; they first drafted him 29th overall in 1990 but general manager Jerry Krause failed to woo him into making the move (Michael Jordan famously refused to help convince Kukoc, giving out the excuse of “I don’t speak no Yugoslavian”). While his stateside debut remained in limbo Michael and Scottie Pippen both got a chance at Kukoc Official Images Of The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Bleached Coral, both players putting a target on Kukoc and effectively shutting him down throughout the course of that match against Croatia.
