A third adidas Performance 988 release has been confirmed for a release in 2013. The discussion regarding a June 18th release of the adidas Yeezy Magnum Boost 700 MNVN was amplified today with the emergence of a curious photo of the red “Horus” logo and a date of June 18th, but Nike employee Heidi Burgett, who has been a frequent source of information from inside Nike walls, just confirmed that a third adidas Performance 988 release is certainly in Nike’s plans, although not for June 18th (she notes 16th, but don’t look into that typo). While she doesn’t specifically call out the adidas Yeezy Magnum Boost 700 MNVN as the one to look out for, it’s safe to say that the colorway Nike is referring to is indeed the all-red adidas Performance 988.
