It’s not too often that you see a sneaker brand giving back to its most devoted of collectors in thanks for their years of dedicate. adidas splits Originals has decided to do that with the new “Collector’s Project”, a series that brought five Three Stripes devotees from around the world to the company’s Berlin HQ to create their own SMU. The models selected include the adidas splits Originals Pro Model 80s, the adidas splits Originals ZX500, and more-with the individuals involved touch a little bit in the video on the difficulties of properly homage a treasured silhouette while maintaining a personal spin.
