The alife Nike Air Max 1 lunar rare OG Premium Vintage “Quilt” is set to release on November 20th, 2014. For all intents and purposes, over the years the Nike Air Max 1 lunar rare OG has been a pretty minimal shoe. In fact, many of its vintage iterations track back to the elder days of the alife Nike brand, and silhouettes that are about as simplistic as they come. But over the years as the style has grown more popular, its been the canvas for a wide range of creative collaborations as well as inline releases with much more sartorially advanced design cues. The “Quilt” rendition persists in that vein, inspired by mismatching patterns found in men’s dress shirts. Stripes, solids and polka dots don the patchwork enthused base in a range of blue tones, and as with tradition, a white vulcanized rubber outsole rest beneath.
