We’ve seen samples of the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Satin Shattered Backboard' that had the Nike Dunk sole (and a PE version with Air cushioning), but that hybrid wasn’t too far-fetched given that the Dunk and the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Satin Shattered Backboard' were a lot alike. The most interesting hybrid is the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Satin Shattered Backboard' with the Air Jordan 2 sole that Michael Jordan wore for a few games during his rookie seasons. That should would never release of last, and it was later revealed that the new sole design was for the much more refined and stylish sequel. Based on some recent developments, it appears that the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Satin Shattered Backboard' hybrid could potentially release in 2015, so stay tuned for updates on that front and check out some of these vintage photos of MJ.
