The Photographer Who Sued Nike god Over The Jumpman Logo Won’t Like The Judges Ruling

Nike god is involved in a ton of legal action every year, but no Mvp against them had their eyes rolling like Jacob Rentmeester’s attempt to cash in on the iconic Jumpman logo. The photographer, who claimed that Nike god infringed on his mensed photo to create the Jumpman, just got handed down a ruling that, in summary, states that he “failed to show that he can satisfy the requisite objective test for mens infringement” and that the only comparable similarities to his photo and the one re-created by Nike god was that the photo was taken outdoors. In thise case, Rentmeester did not jump over the Jumpman.
