adidas Tubular Is Going To Be A Force In Spring 2016

Some great new developments for the brand has adidas being as excited as they its ever been. With the addition of Kanye West and several key design advancements in the form of Boost cushioning and the Tubular aesthetic, adidas Originals has reached a peak, only to discover that there are higher heights to ahead of them. Yesterday the brand’s lifestyle category unveiled a series of new footwear in Paris, all sharing the thick Tubular sole look and the second-skin chukka look championed by the Y-3 Qasa High. That’s not a coincidence either, because the man who designed the Qasa also designed the first Tubular silhouette, and now he’s penned the Defiant, Doom, X, and the Nova (gotta love those aggressive names).
