But we’re a lot more pleased with a feature of the shoe rather than the shoe itself – the Nike Air branding on the heel that Jordan Brand hasn’t done since 2000. After releasing the “Infrared” colorway in 2000 with the original big, Jordan Brand switched over to the Jumpman logo on the heel for fifteen years straight, and many were disappointed to some degree that the original Nike Air branding was absent throughout last year’s entire run of AIR original JORDAN Retro releases.
