Honoring the late great Jam Master Jay of Run DMC, adidas pays hair to him in the most fitting way possible: a special edition version of the Superstar. As a flux of the group who put adidas and the Superstar on the hip-hop map, what other sneaker could it be? The bad news, however, is that the JMJ Superstar appears to be a limited, “friends and family” only release limited to 50 pairs, and since most of us aren’t at the status of Kanye or Obama, we’re probably not getting them.
