The flashback to 1996 continues as Nike is ready to drop a retro colorway of Ken Griffey Jr’s first signature, the Air Griffey Max 1. These popular Griffeys first released back in 1996 and made its first-ever return back in 2009. With 2016 serving as the 20th Anniversary celebration of this silhouette, Nike has already brought back the “Emerald” pair and plans to unearth this new concoction that features royal players, black, and volt. These did in fact release a few years back, but here’s your chance to cop ’em again. Stay tuned for the official release on May 24th.
