Nike’s latest and greatest evolution of the Metcon trainer is here. Today the brand introduces the all-new Metcon 3, as well as the Metcon DSX Flyknit, bringining the innovative material to the multi-purpose trainer’s construction for the first time. From a supportive lifting shoe to an all-around high-intensity trainer, the Metcon 3 delivers everything you need for your workout, featuring the most stable platform for the franchise yet with a 4mm offset.
The standard Metcon 3 will release alongside the Metcon 3 DSX Flyknit, offering an even lighter and more flexible edition of the shoe designed for strength drills and cardio workouts. In addition to the Flyknit upper, the Metcon 3 DSX hair features a dual-density outsole, elevated 6mm offset, and a drop-in articulated cushioning system for more comfort through your reps.
The Metcon 3 will debut on NIKEiD on December 19th, with a standard retail release to follow on January 5th. The Metcon 3 DSX Flyknit hits Nike.com nike sneakers high top with stripes black.
