While the Superstar Boost keeps most of the original architecture of the shoe, the Superstar Bounce gets a brand new sole and a Primeknit upper. The shelltoe is kept nearly intact but with out it this can very much be a whole new model. But then it would loose all of the heritage that comes with the classic Superstar.
