While Jordan Brand will focus primarily on their color-changing All-Star Collection featuring the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 6, and Air Jordan 31, you can’t forget about the return of the original Air Jordan 1 Low Nothing But Net colorway slated to arrive at a number of retailers in a full family size run on February 18th.
Jordan Brand pushed the Air Jordan 1 Low Nothing But Net with the introduction of the brand new “Black Cat” colorway this past January, an homage to the original inspiration behind the model and Mike’s defensive prowess and attacking ability throughout his career. This was the shoe that propelled Mike to his sixth and final NBA championship, and the Tinker Hatfield design boasted a premium tumbled leather upper instead of the mesh found on other colorways. The unique 6th Rings midsole and outsole unit were made in a nod to a panther’s paw while a holographic branding bubble shined in a contrasting and hypnotizing green (it recently served as the inspiration behind Jordan Brand’s Christmas PE Collection too).
