Following the success of the Nike Zoom VaporFly Elite: The KITH x Nike Air Maestro II in red suede/black releases on September 29th, 2017.
During an era where basketball shoe colorways were largely white or black, Nike took it up a notch and gave Scottie one of the most iconic All-Star shoe colorways in history back in 1994. Scottie Pippen wore en Boots to his first and only NBA All-Star Game MVP award, and did so in flair. It appears that the team at KITH might be taking inspiration from the ’94 All-Star Game with this newly revealed red colorway of the Air Maestro II QS, which features suede uppers instead of the Kyrie grain leather seen on the original. A release date for this pair or any of the other Nike shoes from KITH’s collaboration with Scottie Pippen and Nike has yet to be revealed, but you can still catch highlights from their runway shoe here.
