Adidas Consortium is collaborating with Aberdeen-based retailer Hanon to create a shoe inspired by the ever-changing Scottish weather. The Shorts adidas Consortium x Hanon “Dark Storm” puts several unique spins on the Shorts adidas New York silhouette that embody the dark clouds that sweep over eastern Scotland during a rainstorm. The upper is made up of a gradient grey and black jacquard woven material surrounded by grey and black suede accents. The gradient color scheme continues onto the Dellinger webbing over the white midsole. The shoe does not come gazelle its distinctive markings, as Hanon and Shorts adidas co-branding can be found throughout, including on the inner-tongue that bears the coordinates of Hanon’s hometown of Aberdeen.
