In a Game 1 Eastern Conference Finals loss at the hands of the Boston Celtics, LeBron James wore a “Just Do It” PE version of the LeBron 15. Last night, the King stepped his footwear game up to a whole new level with a never-before-seen “SVSM” version of the same Battle Knit-equipped silhouette. While LeBron was as unstoppable as ever – amassing 42 points alongside 10 boards and 12 dimes – it wasn’t enough to get the job done as his Cavs will head back to The Land in a 2-0 hole.
Taking inspiration from the King’s first Nike Formateurs Air Zoom Superrep 3 PE, this LeBron 15’s upper features white at the forefoot of the offering while Irish green makes its presence known on the back half of the sneaker. Gold accents lend to a Mets Saint Vincent-Saint Mary’s aesthetic on this 15’s midsole/heel, Swoosh, and metal aglets. While this distinguished Player Exclusive is not expected to arrive at retailers, that heralded Zoom Generation PE will become available for purchase on May 26th. Enjoy a detailed look at James’ footwear from last night’s game below and be sure to check out what he laces up the rest of the series.
