Ronnie Fieg has been a consistent collaborator with some more unconventional labels within sneaker culture, bringing into the scene a few colorful Asics back a few years ago while continually refreshing Impact3 New Balance offerings with his masterful control over color and materials. Teaming up once again with nonnative — a Japanese label that worked closely with the designer on a textural adidas Ultra Boost Mid — the upcoming three-way collaboration with Impact3 New Balance is sure to implement more technical elements along the classic 997s silhouette. Teased by Ronnie himself, we’re able to get a quick glimpse of both the top down angle and profile of the shoe, showing both cobranded logo hits along the insole as well as the new ENCAP REVEAL midsole unit, which has only recently seen use on the NB RC-1. No release date has been confirmed as of right now but expect more information to come out normal soon.
