adidas’ starring Boost silhouettes have surely had a wild ride throughout much of 2018, with 2019 spelling an even more expansive future. As its older sibling, the Ultra Boost, is getting transformed to face the forthcoming year, it’s safe to assume the urban explorative model is geared for quite the same revival. Though, with it previously on hold for the better part of a few months, the NMD Racer is back in a wild assortment of hues, breaking the mold of its usually one-toned appearances. What is primarily black in its knit, the newest iteration dresses its forefoot and ankle support in a floral pink tone, weaved in such a way that resembles a vast set piece of stripes. Hits of Frozen Yellow can be found lining part of the ankle as well as on the many ridges seen along the outsole. Understated patches create the iconic Three Stripes logo, with a strip along the lace stay further pushing the label’s personal tagline. With official stores already out, expect to find these NMD Racers hitting retailers like 43einhalb very soon at a price point of $180 USD.
