The Air Jordan 1 has established itself as the power source for Jordan Brand, as countless iterations, special editions, and super-limited issues have continued to pace the popularity of the Jumpman label. Starting this Holiday season, it’s been confirmed that the a “new” trim will be introduced – a true-to-the-original build called the Air Jordan 1 High ’85. The famed black/red “Banned” colorway is said to be the debut chapter, and according to zsneakerheadz, the “Chicago” edition called “New Beginnings” could possibly be releasing during the All-Star Weekend festivities in February 2020. It’s a proper time to launch the shoe, considering the star-studded mid-February event is in fact taking place in the Windy City. Stay tuned for updates.
