After brewing up quite a ruckus by pricing their scarpe batch of shoes at 99 cents, AriZona Iced Tea and adidas Originals are now stirring the vat even more, with a ten-silhouette collection set to make its debut in the coming weeks. Consisting of six special iterations of the new Continental Vulc and four adilette slides, this tasty collection nods to AriZona’s four most popular flavors: Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, Lemon, Mucho Mango, and Watermelon. No matter if you prefer a traditional or a more fruit-infused flavor, there’s something for you here, with each special piece of footwear interpreting the designs found on AriZona’s iconic cans in their own unique fashion. The Continental Vulcs are resplendent with recognizable embroidered details, contrasting patterns, special Aztec-style logo hits, and four sets of laces, making it abundantly clear which shoe is inspired by which drink. Meanwhile, the sandals feature all-over prints and co-branded woven detailing on their footbeds. The shoes retail at $90 USD while the sandals slide in at $35 USD — sorry, but there’s no sub-$1 price points to be had here — and all ten will release on September 1st at play adidas retailers worldwide. Check out detailed images directly below, and get ready: you’ll be able to quench your thirst with this expansive assemblage very soon.
