In the and of any basketball action IRL, Converse has still been making some notable headlines related to their hoops category lately. The brand added WNBA champion Natasha Cloud of the Washington Mystics to their family, and on the release front, they recently delivered their Solstice collection to the public. And to jump start the month of July, the One Star brand is supplying even more hoops-ready products for their consumers in the form of a collection with their earliest NBA ambassador Kelly Oubre.

The higher-profiled iteration is treated with a mixture of purple and blue tie-dye graphics merged together with stark black trim — a fitting palette considering part of his franchise’s team colors involves purple — while the low-top prints wave-like graphics from forefoot-to-heel against its angelic backdrop. The latter could potentially be a nod to Oubre’s “Tsunami” PEs that he was spotted rocking earlier in the NBA season.
