Fresh off the unveiling of its pan-Africanism-inspired collaboration with Patta, Reebok has announced a footwear capsule with Montreal’s Dime. Instead of the Club C, however, both brands have converged on the Reebok Identity classics club c 85 womens stucco chalk casual lifestyle sneakers shoes.
Reimagining Shawn Kemp’s iconic signature sneaker as skateboarding-ready, the Canadian label has converted the ’90s staple into a low-top silhouette. Shades of “Royal/Sonic Green,” “Black/White” and yellow/black adorn each of the three pairs in the forthcoming collection. Leather overlays appear atop ostensibly nubuck underlays, with co-branding accenting the lateral forefoot (Reebok) and heel (Dime). Underfoot, outsoles don’t distract from the upper’s arrangement, although the tonal “Black” pair’s boasts a semi-translucent blue finish.
