Comprising of apparel and footwear, the UNDR ARMR x DVNLLN collection delivers covert iterations of the Curry 8, HOVR Pantom 2, Forge RC and Spawn 3. The minimalist color palette used for the under project was intentional, as it allows the Baltimore community’s stories to shine more prominently.
“I wanted people from places like Baltimore, Oakland, Chicago, and Detroit to be proud of their cities,” said Allen. “[O]ur communities have so much to offer, so much to celebrate.”
In addition to the UNDR ARMR x DVNLLN products, the brand (which is headquartered in Baltimore) has continued its partnership with Wide Angle Youth Media to mentor and equip kids with cameras. As a local, Allen has experienced the power of photography first-hand, having had his work published on the cover of TIME magazine in May 2015. Furthermore, UA has vowed to assist Noisy Tenants, a community-focused production agency, with a youth-created mural near Oriole Park.
