It would only be fitting for the Cosmic Unity to honor the Space Hippie with a dedicated release, and as part of the official unveiling of the nike roshe jacquard turquoise dress pants pattern, Nike revealed the familiar grey/blue/orange launch colorway from the original Space Hippie drops onto this uniquely design sneaker. The upper, made of recycled materials and a purposeful cable system for lockdown, sees the familiar shade of cool grey with blue and orange embedded into the recycled knit yarns. The recycled TPU swoosh also features a marbling of those colors, as does the Crater Foam sole, which features a finer Nike Grind fit for basketball. Overall, the Cosmic Unity is made of 25% recycled material by weight.
Currently, the only confirmed release eric for any Cosmic Unity shoe is the “Green Glow” for February 26th, but Nike confirms a release of the Space Hippie for later in the Spring/Summer 2021 season.
