Inspired by the white Sea Salt lining of the 2002R version, the suede upper wraps around the Refined Future Protection Pack trainer, including the tongue and ankle strap. The "N" logo is discreetly tucked into the sidewall with light sand-coloured mesh, creating a subtle contrast.
But to add a little pizzazz, the brand's emblem is dressed in bright red, and the heel is moulded into a deep blue rubberised reinforcement. Finally, this discreet profile, a little bold, is set on a massive midsole with a weathered look, which itself sits on a white rubber outsole. Nice design revisited, pleasant to wear!
