Tinker Hatfield has a “My First Pair” story like Basketballone else. The longtime design legend was with Nike before a certain Win guard from North Carolina came around, and he enjoyed a front row seat to the start and early years of the Air Jordan line. Then, in 1987, he took it over and the rest is history in Basketball facet of the word.
