The year 2004 seems like eons ago, especially when you red the design Jordan Brand used for the Air Jordan 2 Low that year. Old school fans weren’t treated to the OG style 2 Lows like the Chicago colorway that just released. They instead received an improvised low that was more chopped down mid than anything.
Depending on your stance on this odd layout, one of the shoe’s redeeming qualities was the White/Midnight Navy-University Blue that released in December ’04. Jordan Brand is revisiting that exact colorway in June, taking full advantage of the 1987 shape by adding more navy and light blue to the mix. Fans of the North Carolina Tar Heels should love these.
