Who knows all of the retro samples Jordan Brand has stowed away somewhere, remixes of classic favorites many sneaker fans would probably start petitions to see released. Imaginations can run wild thinking about the possibilities, but this Joe Johnson driving down the lane in the Air Jordan 12 “Infrared Alternate” sample from 2012 is one of the very few that slipped out of the bag somewhere along the line. Minor changes, shifting the forefoot flare to the rear and adding red stitching at the heel. Subtle, to be sure, yet a whole new creation in many respects. Obviously, Jordan Brand never put this version into production, bringing out the OG look in late 2014, but let us know if you’d cop this edition if you had the chance. Actually, if you’re a size 10, you can add it to your collection via Stadium Goods.
