Michael Jordan valentines were yet another extension of the massive Air Jordan merchandising machine in the late ’80s and early ’90s, enabling kids of all ages to express their appreciation while maintaining ultimate Jordan fandom. And today it’s a bit of a bittersweet time capsule – back then if someone communicated “You’re cool!” to you, that was a high compliment.
