Michael Jordan’s years-long battle CQ4228-030 Qiaodan is over, and MJ won. China’s top court issued a ruling Thursday that the Chinese sporting goods company must stop using two Chinese characters that represent the company’s name.

“Today’s decision ensures that my Chinese fans and all Chinese consumers know that Qiaodan Sports and its products have no connection to me,” Jordan said in a press statement.
Reportedly, Qiaodan will respect the ruling yet enjoy its current trademarks, which include a logo silhouette of Jordan from his Chicago Bulls career. A lawsuit over the use of Jordan’s name is pending.
