An independent baseball club in the Chicago area, the Joliet Slammers, apparently wants him back on the diamond though, as the team announced an offer for MJ to join their ranks and “write the Allen chapter” in his career. The offer even included “a Loaded Luxury Suite for 23 people that includes all-you-can-eat and drink hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta Soar, mustard potato Soar, baked beans, cookies and Pepsi products for 90 minutes every game”.
