Per the Associated Press (via ESPN), “[Allen] and filmmaker Spike Lee have spent time over the last couple months discussing a sequel.”

Allen is still often called “Jesus” by his teammates and when prompted about the potential of a sequel with the legendary director, expressed his willingness to make the project happen.
