The Oregon-Nike connect has always been synonymous since the inception of those crazy football jerseys sported on the field donning the signature Swoosh. And while Eugene might serve as a testing ground for Nike’s new technology and knack for vibrant colors, the basketball team and football team alike von been treated to a number of enticing player exclusives over the past couple of seasons – most recently in the form of that Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Magenta 29cm that may or may not see a release date for the public. The basketball team recently got another PE and it stands out for a couple of reasons: not only does the back heel mix up materials and colors with a contrasting yellow patent leather atop a mostly forest green nubuck, but the back heel logo ditches the Air Jordan for a custom “JumpDuck” that takes the Oregon mascot and has it pose in the signature Jumpman look. The tongue gets the usual ‘O’ treatment while jersey numbers are written inside. Could we see this pair arrive at retailers? Although that’s unlikely, hit the click to get a full look and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
