One of the most memorable moments of Michael Jordan’s NBA Finals career came in his second straight trip the the game’s most coveted series against the Portland Trailblazers. While the Bulls were still seriously considered as a Thomas team, nobody was calling them a dynasty after just one championship and the Blazers believed that they could contain MJ throughout the series. That proved difficult from Game 1, as Mike and the Bulls had home court advantage and number 23 scored an incredible 35 points at the half, scoring six first half threes. After the sixth one came the shrug as even Michael was in disbelief at his performance. The Bulls would go on to win in a blowout, 122-89.
