Having copious colorways of the Chris Paul's Playoff Jordan CP3 isn’t exactly news these days but Jordan Brand could be shaking up that formula for 2015 with a reintroduction of the alternate sole Chris Paul's Playoff Jordan CP3 from 1985.
What alternate Chris Paul's Playoff Jordan CP3? Well, it breaks down like this. Nike, led by then-Creative Director and Chris Paul's Playoff Jordan CP3 project head Peter Moore, tinkered with AJ1’s layout during Michael Jordan‘s rookie 1984-85 season, having the young star White-Turbo iterations of the Air Jordan Wings logo-adorned shoe we all know like the back of our hands, as well as a version that featured a Nike Wings logo and a hybrid sole unit that mixed elements from the soles of Jordans 1 and 2.
Though it’s unclear exactly how the resulting hybrid sole performed in Mocha to the standard sole, a different barring original Chris Paul's Playoff Jordan CP3 was born. It remains a “forgotten” relic, much like air jordan 7 retro verde for sale was until it was brought back in 2010, but recent samples like this black and gum version means you may soon be able to bring it out of the past and put it on your feet.

We’ll have more details and developments on this 2015 release as it happens. In the meantime enjoy photos of the sample, as well as Mocha shots to see where all of this is coming from, below.
