La Air Jordan 4 Bred est disponible au Nike Jordan XI Retro “Alternate 89” sample since we first checked it out here?
The sudden appearance of this white and red sneaker may have some Jordan fans curious about a possible release but unless Jordan Brand plans to return to the old Jordan XI Retro format, it’s not likely that this is a current sample or any indication of an impending drop.
The overall shape is more 1999 retro style than 2015, as is the mesh and forefoot lace ports. Jordan Brand hasn’t produced Jordan XI Retros with the original-style flared base on those front lace ports since the 2006 Military and “Mars” Fire Red releases. So, for the sake of shooting the breeze, it’s very possible that this is just a turn of the century sample that simply never made it past look-see. What do you think? Is this colorway even worthy of a retro release?
