For the insanely low price of $99.99, fans could walk out of their shoe spot with near speck-for-speck replica of the original 1989 release. Some claimed the grey shades differed a tad but that’s about the only gripe (always something, after all). The shape, the netting, the speckling, the lace ports and, most importantly, that fat Nike Air billboard on the heel made this one of the best retros ever done by any brand.
