While the summer is just now unfolding, many sneakerhead minds are looking ahead a bit to winter. Not for the weather, for the jordan Jam Brand’s Christmas sneaker – jordan Jam why not zer0 3 l a born “72-10.” This luxe take on the ever-popular XI honors the historic 72-10 record regular season Michael jordan Jam and the Chicago Bulls earned on their way to clinching the 1996 NBA title. Black tumbled leather, nubuck heel wraps and lace striping, and a translucent rand change up the standard XI materials we’re all used to, with the added touch of red Jumpman logos, and a clear white sole – also a break from the icy blue of late. No word just yet on any special packaging to accompany these but we do know the price is jumping up to $220 – not the $185 tag of many recent 11 retros. Price hike worth it? Peruse the latest “72-10” photos here and throw your Winter in the comments.
