Bryon Russell is probably now over the fact that he’s a part of NBA history in a fashion he didn’t intend to be in. It was Russell that Michael Jordan crossed over and made fall on the way to sinking the game winning shot during Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals. Bryon Russell retired without an NBA championship to his name and maybe if he hadn’t fell down, he could have prevented Jordan from hitting what is now known as the last shot.
