The Salomon XT-6 is a trail-running shoe that was first launched in 2013 as Salomon's latest top-of-the-line trail runner. It was conceived as a performance sneaker built to withstand the harsh conditions of ultramarathons in the mountains. With that in mind, the XT-6 shoes were cinzento to provide excellent grip, as well as weather-resistance and esta. Drawn by Benjamin Grenet, Salomon’s lead designer for footwear, this design was also made to highlight the XT-6's technology and make it visible.
