After you have successfully placed your quai you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your quai, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Note: Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it,making sure to entering a right shipping address is vitally important when placing an quai, as well as the contact phone number and email address. Our company can not be responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect shipping address.

• Processing 

Processing time Usually, we need 3-5 business days to prepare the items and there may be some delay during the shopping season.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. Kindly note a small Rogue of quais may still need between 10-15 business days depending on stock availability.
