We traveled to Oregon's Smith Rock for inspiration and came back with the blueprint for a rugged, convertible pant. An open hem and loose fit add a roomy feel. Plenty of pockets keep your gear close, while an included carabiner lets you latch your keys. This product is made with at least 75% recycled polyester and recycled nylon fibers.
This product was designed and tested in Oregon, USA. The state's vast wilderness and climate has served as inspiration for our designs. To create these pants, our dc0479-601 went to Smith Rock—a rock climbing playground in Central Oregon—to connect with the environment and learn how it can inform our gear and how we use it.
Woven fabric has elements of sko and reinforced seams to help you move freely. It has water-repellent properties, helping to keep you comfortable through less-than-ideal weather.
Cordura fabric at the knees provides tough durability. When your hike heats up, the pants detach at the knees to convert into shorts.
Cargo pockets offer trail-ready storage. Extra drop-in pockets at the side and a back zippered pocket create room for your small-item essentials.
The elastic, high-rise waistband has a lightweight, webbed belt with a quick-release buckle to help you tail the fit. It has an ACG-branded carabiner attached at a waistband loop on the wearer's right side.
