How do I return?

  • Visit our RETURNS CENTER
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Terms of return 

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. 
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with a clean sole.
  • The complete packaging of the item must be returned in its original condition (paper, label, box). The shoe box must be protected by a shipping box. 
  • We do not allow exchanges, we invite you to return your initial order and place a new order. 

How do I return my order?

You will receive return instructions by email when your request is accepted.

How long will the refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank / Paypal account.  Refunds are always credited using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. 

Shipping costs, as well as return fees, are to be paid by the customer. NoirFonce does not refund shipping and return fees..

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. NoirFonce is not responsible for any return shipping costs or losses incurred by the shipping company. You must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.

For Non-UE customer : Be careful !

We won't accept any returns who required custom fees o any other taxes. Make sure to prepaid the custom fees at the post office before returning your order. Otherwise the charges will be deducted from your refund.

The item I received is damaged

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days after delivery at the following email [email protected].

I received the wrong size or model

If you have received a product that does not correspond to the items listed in your order confirmation email, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
