For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender (Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet), we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.
