Here, the classic MA-1 jacket – created in the late 1940’s by the US Air Force – gets a sleek, Scandinavian update courtesy of Acne Studios. The padded shape is crafted from requisite black satin nylon, but in signature Acne style, the shape is subversively altered – the original coat is shortened and its puffed sleeves exaggerated.
