Lighthearted Italian label Marni comes together with American workwear icon Carhartt WIP for an unlikely collaboration. The collection, which reinvents signature Carhartt silhouettes, combines utilitarian styles with Marni’s love of bold tones and playful prints. This shearling jacket references traditional workwear archetypes, originally designed by Carhartt for the American worker over 100 years ago. In reworking the design, Marni applies its unique flair for colour and texture through contrasting patches, bringing together shearling and leather. On the front pocket, a Carhartt Work In Progress patch sits alongside embroidered ‘MARNI’ lettering to celebrate their union.
