Artek Alvar Aalto 1933 Stool 60Colouring Red & Turquoise

Since its introduction in 1933, Artek’s Stool 60 has taken many forms, but it’s always retained its three iconic curved legs. This red and turquoise version is from the brand’s ongoing Finland and Japan Friendship Collection. It’s designed by Tokyo-based architect Jo Nagasaka, and shows off his signature ColoRing aesthetic – created by combining two traditional processes called Udukuri and Tsugaru-nuri.
